In India, 18% GST is added at checkout and you get a GST invoice (with your GSTIN, if you have one, for input tax credit). Outside India there is no GST: the invoice is an export invoice. Pro is sold by the year (no monthly plan) and does not renew automatically.
About plans and billing
How does the free plan limit work?
You can create 5 invoices and 5 quotes in each calendar month. The count starts again on the 1st. Deleting or voiding an invoice does not give the slot back, because invoice numbers must stay in order for tax purposes.
Can I bring my invoices from another tool?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV export of your customers, items and past invoices. Imported invoices keep their numbers and do not count toward the 5 free invoices a month.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create your account with an email address and start invoicing straight away.
Why is the price different in my country?
Prices are set so they stay fair: Pro is ₹3,500 a year + 18% GST in India and $60 a year everywhere else. Pro is sold by the year; there is no monthly plan.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice by email. In India it is a GST tax invoice showing your GSTIN (if you added it in Settings), so you can claim input tax credit. Outside India it is an export invoice without GST.
How do I pay?
In India you pay in rupees through Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking or wallets. Everywhere else you pay in US dollars through PayPal, with your PayPal account or any debit or credit card. You get an email receipt straight away.
Does Pro renew automatically?
No. We do not save your card or set up automatic payments. We email you 14 days and 3 days before your year ends, and you renew with one click if you want to. A renewal starts after your current end date, so you lose no days.
What is the lifetime deal?
For our first 500 users, Pro is available for a single payment of $99 (₹4,999 + GST in India) instead of paying every year. You keep Pro for as long as GlobalInvoiceHub runs.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. UPI payments go straight to your bank account, and card payments will go to your own Stripe or Razorpay account. Only the payment provider’s normal fees apply.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your account moves back to the free plan when your year ends, and every invoice you created stays available to view and download.
