These terms apply when you use GlobalInvoiceHub, operated by TheOnRep Network. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account; turn on two-step login for extra protection.
- One free account per person or business. Creating several free accounts to avoid plan limits is not allowed.
Using the service
- You own your data, including your invoices and customer details. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
- Do not use GlobalInvoiceHub for fraud, fake invoices or receipts, spam, or anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
- We apply limits that keep the service fair and stable, such as the number of invoices on the free plan and emails sent per day.
Tax and invoice content
GlobalInvoiceHub suggests tax rates and invoice wording based on the countries you and your customers are in. We work hard to keep these rules correct, but they are not tax or legal advice. You are responsible for the invoices you issue and for checking that they meet the rules that apply to you. If you think a rule is wrong, please tell us so we can fix it.
Plans and payment
- The free plan is free. Pro is paid yearly in advance (or once, for the lifetime offer), at the price shown for your market when you pay. Pro does not renew automatically; if you do not renew, your account returns to the free plan.
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Payments already made are not refunded unless the law requires it.
- Payments your customers make to you go to your own bank, UPI or payment provider account. Those providers’ own terms and fees apply.
Availability
We aim to keep GlobalInvoiceHub available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. Export anything you need to keep first. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
