This policy explains what information GlobalInvoiceHub (“we”, “us”), operated by TheOnRep Network, collects when you use our website and app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at contact@globalinvoicehub.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), and two-step login settings if you turn them on.
- Business details you enter: business name, address, tax numbers, bank and UPI details, logo and invoice settings.
- Your customers and invoices: customer names, contact details and tax numbers, items, invoices, quotes, credit notes and payments you record.
- Sending records: the email addresses you send invoices to, and when an invoice link is opened (date, time and IP address of the visit), so we can show you that it was viewed.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and activity logs used to keep the service secure and working.
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores a login token in your browser so you stay signed in.
How we use it
- To provide the service: create, store, send and display your invoices.
- To keep your account and data secure, prevent abuse and enforce limits such as the free plan.
- To send you service emails, such as password resets. We will not send marketing emails without your consent.
- To improve the service, including fixing tax rules you report.
Your customers’ information is processed on your behalf: you decide what to enter and who to send invoices to, and we use it only to provide the service to you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run GlobalInvoiceHub, such as our hosting provider, email delivery service and, when you use them, payment providers, and only as much as they need. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Where it is stored and for how long
Your data is stored on secure servers and sent over encrypted connections. We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. Invoices are business records that tax laws often require you to keep for several years, so export them before closing your account. You can download all your data and delete your account yourself in the app under Settings › Your data. A deleted account and its invoices are removed straight away, except where the law requires us to keep something.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the UK and EU GDPR, the UAE PDPL or Singapore’s PDPA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. Most of this you can do yourself in the app. For anything else, email us and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Children
GlobalInvoiceHub is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make important changes to this policy, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
